Value Enablers Academy provides online educational courses, training materials, and certification programs in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Course Access & Content

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content. You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials
  • Record or screenshot course content for redistribution
  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of Value Enablers Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

7. Certification

Certifications are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates represent completion of the training program and are not guaranteed to provide specific career outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Value Enablers Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
