Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Certification examination fees
  • Courses that have been fully completed
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless specified)
  • Life Time Membership (after 7 days or content access)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at value.enablers@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, access to course materials will be revoked upon cancellation, and refunds will only be provided per the terms outlined above.

6. Disputes

If you have any disputes regarding a purchase, please contact us directly at value.enablers@gmail.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
